With our crazy schedule, Cole has learned to grab sleep wherever convenient. Poor little guy.

This morning I woke up to the sound of buttons being pushed over and over again. Evan was hitting snooze but couldn't seem to figure it out. For a whole minute. He was evidently still sleeping. The time somehow gets changed so that it runs 35 minutes fast. We got an early start to the day.

Avrie had been complaining of her ankle hurting the past few days with nothing to show for it. Until this morning. It was swollen, hot and blistery. I freaked out about staph and ran her into urgent care with the parade in tow. She's on some hefty antibiotics for cellulitis.

We managed to make it to preschool only 10 minutes late! The rest of us ran to Target to get the prescription filled, home for a quick snack and kitchen cleanup and back to school to pick up Avrie. Home for lunch and kitchen cleanup. Cole is grabbing a quick nap before we leave to take Nolan to school. Then we'll come home so Klara can grab a quick nap before her Dad picks her up and then we'll be off to drop an application off at the Y and pick up Nolan. Home for supper and kitchen.....OH! Wait! I have a sushi date tonight with two of my girls!! YAY! Daddy can do supper and kitchen cleanup tonight! Wahoo!

Avrie started preschool last Tuesday. I've been running like a headless chicken and just uploaded the pictures last night. She goes T & F for 2 hours and LOVES it. Her teachers have been teaching together for twenty years; the oldest one has been there thirty-seven years.

Like the foot?

Waiting patiently to hang up her awesome backpack.

Quick & Painless

It went so fast I didn't have time to cry. Aside from a wee little heart throb I'm doing just fine. Two years of preschool has been good prep for me. Nolan has school in the afternoons from 1:20 - 4. I'm unsure what I'll be doing during this time period and can't wait for our schedule to find some sync. Avrie is having a blast being the BOSS.
